Minimum Scheduling Notice

Minimum Scheduling Notification allows you to specify the amount of time needed to prepare for a new reservation or meeting. You can set the required preparation time in minutes, hours, and days. Follow these steps to set the Minimum Scheduling Notification:

Step 1: Go to the menu on the left side of your admin page and click on the ‘Booking’ option. 

Step 2: In the screen that opens, click on the ‘Services’ option located at the top. 

Step 3: You can either add a minimum scheduling notification to an existing service or set it up when creating a new service. To add a minimum scheduling notification to an existing service, click the ‘Edit’ button next to the respective service. 

Step 4: In the service editing window, navigate to the ‘Availability’ section and enter the amount of time you need before your service under the ‘Minimum Scheduling Notification’ field. Then, click the ‘Save’ button.

This feature will display 2 days as unavailable on your Booking Page, as shown in the image below.
