Google Contacts

With Google Contacts integration, you can quickly transfer your contacts to your neatCal account. This feature allows you to collect and easily view your clients’ contact information in one place. By gathering all customer data together, you can make appointment and communication management more efficient.

To transfer your Google Contacts to your neatCal account, follow these steps:

Step 1: On the Integrations page, find the ‘Google Contacts’ app and click the ‘Integrate’ button.

Step 2: Google will open a new tab for you to log into your account. On this page, sign in to your Google account. If you’re already logged in, you can skip this step and proceed quickly.

Step 3: Google may open a page titled ‘Google hasn’t verified this app.’ In this case, click the ‘Advanced’ option in the lower left corner of the page. Then, select the option ‘Go to neatCal’ to continue with the integration process.

Step 4: When the ‘neatCal wants access to your Google Account’ window opens, click the ‘Continue’ button. This step allows neatCal to access your Google Contacts, enabling you to complete the integration. You must grant this permission to transfer your contacts securely.

Step 5: neatCal will automatically import your Google Contacts. To view your contacts in the neatCal panel, click the ‘Contacts’ button in the menu on the left side of the admin panel.

Step 6: You can view and manage your Google Contacts in the ‘Contacts’ panel.
